June - July: Director of Hemispheres creates prospective syllabus, and begins reaching out to schools (preferably in June).
September: Applications (including teaching auditions) from Yale students interested in educational and administrative due. Selections must be made by the end of September.
October: Education team finalizes the recruitment of New Haven students begins, finalizes syllabus, and classes begin the 3rd week of October.
October - December: Class prepares for Yale Model United Nations tournament.
