Trip leader applications are made available to any YIRA member in early September for trips taking place during Fall or Winter, and in mid-to-late October for Spring Break trips. Applications are made available via YIRAs weekly bulletin, and can be filled out online. After submitting an application, all candidates are interviewed by the President and Vice President, and the YIRA Board makes final trip leader selections after deliberation.
